J8 is more than a studio—it’s a name full of heart.
It’s named after my son, Josuae, who was born on June 8th. That’s where “J8” comes from. From day one, this space has been rooted in love, intention, passion, and a whole lot of heart.
I wanted to create a studio that felt personal. A place where movement isn’t just about fitness—it’s about feeling good in your body, showing up for yourself, and connecting with others. Every class, every playlist, every moment on the mat was built with purpose and care.
This isn’t just my dream—it’s a community built for anyone who’s looking to grow stronger, inside and out.
